We have been promoting the Scheme for Large Sales. The Scheme for Large Sales is a system that supports our strategies for store-opening, merchandise, sales promotions and merchandise supply. The system is designed to achieve the five pillars of success, namely "the right time, the right products, the right quantity, the right place, and the right price" by organically combining three dynamics, stores, products and sales based on the concept of the primacy of the business front line. We are going to strengthen the foundation of our business and would like to grow our business lastingly by promoting the structure of the Scheme for Large Sales.
