COMPANY PROFILE

Sales Strategy

We believe above all in the primacy of the business front line. Accordingly, we will continue to use on-the-job training and a range of other activities to raise the level of skills and motivation, thus ensuring that each and every staff member becomes a professional in customer contact sales, thereby improving our sales dynamics.

Personnel system

We carry out staff evaluations with the emphasis on sales performance. Staff who achieve results receive financial and other rewards on an ad-hoc basis. By providing an environment where staff can test out their skills at the next level, we bring out the potential of the individual and increase motivation.

Fast-track promotion system Overseas training
Regardless of age or length of service, staff who demonstrate a proactive approach in all work situations and achieve strong results are given the chance to take on the challenge of a more senior position by bypassing the normal career structure. Staff who achieve the top results in sales performance are given the opportunity of overseas training in the birthplace of jeans, the American West Coast. This provides a training environment where staff can learn by observing new trends at source and enjoy other stimulating experiences.

Product range reflecting front-line opinion

We listen carefully to the opinions of front-line staff before undertaking merchandise planning and procurement. As the voices of customers and staff are fed into product development, the sales dynamics of our stores are further enhanced.
