The Scheme for Large Sales is a back-up system to support our strategies on store-opening, merchandise, sales promotions and merchandise supply. This system organically integrates into three dynamics of store, product and sales, which are the source of our business strength, based on the concept of the primacy of the business front line, and is designed to achieve the five pillars of success, namely "the right time, the right product, the right quantity, the right place, and the right price." We are going to strengthen the foundation of our business and would like to grow our business lastingly by promoting the structure of the Scheme for Large Sales.

Based on the Scheme for Large Sales,
we systematize the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle and put it into practice.
| We draw out a comprehensive merchandise sales plan that takes the operations at sales sites into consideration.By visualizing the plan, the intention and the planning information of the management are shared across the Company. | |
| Based on the merchandise sales plan, we operate in a way that maximizes sales by optimizing inventories, while reflecting the actual sales situation in the plan. | |
| We will offer useful information for performance of operation using the system which displays key performance indicators (KPI) in real time, and which helps us make management decision quickly and analyze accurately difference between plans and results. | |
| We respond to differences between plans and results quickly and decisively in each division. We strive to maximize sales, operating profit margin, and inventory turnover by circulating the flow above and realizing the five pillars of success. |

We also develop and maintain a favorable relationship with our business partners through the Scheme for Large Sales. Our business partners use our MD planning system and the information analysis system directly through the virtual private network (VPN) to share store information such as merchandise planning data and sales planning data for the current and next seasons and historical sales data in real time to construct a win-win relationship by drawing out favorable conditions for both Right On and its business partners. We believe that we will be able to offer more valuable products to our customers more quickly by constructing a cooperative system that we can call a "virtual company" through a higher degree of information sharing than is available in the current supply-chain management.
